1. 采用人工或配置機械手上片、CCD 視覺對位、自動印刷，人工或機械手下片。
2. 印刷采用伺服電機，精度高確保印刷產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，印刷物均勻無波浪狀。
3. 印刷網(wǎng)版升降采用伺服電機配合直線導軌上下運動。
4. 采用 CCD 相機拍照對位，適應于不同形狀的曲面玻璃多色套印。
5. 整套設備的升降、印刷、旋轉(zhuǎn)、治具移動采用四軸數(shù)控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn) 3D 曲面玻璃軌跡印刷。
6. 對位平臺進出采用伺服電機配合直線導軌左右運動。
7. 本機設有自動報警裝置及周邊安全保護開關 , 確保安全生產(chǎn)。
